I cannot totally disagree with any of his statements...

    1. Spongy trigger [IMG]

    2. No external safety [IMG]

    3. Unnatural grip angle [IMG]

    4. Poorly manufactured sights [IMG]

    5. Void of aesthetic appeal [IMG]

    :surrender:

...but it runs like a raped ape !!

    Title: We fucked up...

We received tons of requests to allow backorders on our M&P and Glock barrels.

We gave the green light on this request yesterday but somehow fucked it up in our system. We now have the issue resolved.

Here is 5% OFF, our terrible attempt at saying we are sorry. Go order the barrel that you have been wanting today.

    5% OFF CODE: WEFUCKEDUP

    ===========================

    I'm NOT joking...

I’m with Kev on this one all the way! I’m driving a ‘99 Ford Ranger that looks every bit of it’s age. It’s the fact that I get there, not what I look like on the way. My Glocks get the job done regardless of what they look like. That’s my 2 pennies worth!

    I really love my Glocks.
The triggers get better/smoother after 1000 rounds or so.
I always change out my sights to good night sights.
Yes, they are not too appealing looking to the average person. I have customize a few of mine and they look and run like a badass.
I don't care about not having a external safety. That's why I train and practice with a Glock and have good holsters to cover the trigger.
I love all guns and have many other pistols as well as rifles but I really love my Glocks.

    I don't love mine.
    It ain't purty.
    It don't smell nice.
It's not that fun to shoot.
I don't even shoot it that much.
I don't curl up with it and smooch every night. quickkiss75.gif
But when :shitfan:and my heart is racing, the bitch is in my hand and I'm ready to bet my life on it going bang every time I pull the trigger! nod.gif

Hey friends! As some of you know, I moved and started a new job on 12/31/18. Been very busy and have not checked this site in a while.

I do find Glocks (a.k.a. Blocks) aesthetically pleasing in their own way. Their appearance has grown on me. I only have 2 Glocks, a 22 and a 26, but I do love them.

Glock triggers are not perfect, but the reset is pretty short and Glock triggers get better with use. Many pistols, especially polymers, have worse triggers.

As has been said already, the reliability is supreme.

Glock's customer service is second to none in my experience.
I took my 21-year-old Glock 22 to Smyrna to get a new recoil spring and to be evaluated for reliability, due to its age and extensive use.
Glock rebuilt the entire gun; they replaced pretty much everything except the frame and slide--all for free!

Made me think, I do curl up with my FN 5.7X28 and double smooch it every night before putting it to bed under my pillow and my wife tells me how weird I am but that's ok, I just agree, smile and stroke the slide.

Yeah but that's not a Glock.
(I have been known to smooch with my RFB, a .308 bullpup, but only after we have had 'intercourse')

My curl up at night guns are a Mossy 500 and a Springfield XD Mod 2 .45 ACP,
but sometimes I curl up with one of my Glocks just to give the Springfield's springs a rest.

    Happy Easter! He is Risen!
    God bless you all!

    1. Spongy trigger:
all I ever shot was Glocks, mine goes bang every time I squeeze the Trigger!

    2. No external safety:
My Booger Finger is my safety!

    3. Unnatural grip angle:
when I was shopping for a hand gun,I held them all,and liked the Glock the best.

    4. Poorly manufactured sights:
once again,my bullets seem to find there target rather well.

    5. Void of aesthetic appeal:
I did not buy a gun to carry based on looks alone,it is a tool....needs to go bang when I need it too.

Rich (and anyone else who wants to chirp in)
Do you have any experience with a Glock 21 (45 ACP)?
    I have a 26 and a 22.
The 26, as you know is a wonderful CC gun.
To hide a 22 I need to work my wardrobe around the gun.

A 21 seems significantly fatter than a 22, but I've never had the pleasure of comparing them side by side.

How hard is it to conceal a 21? How do you do it?

    Thanks

I have one G22 and two G21. The G21 is just slightly wider than the G22. I really couldn't tell much difference when carrying wither of them.

    G22.4
    1 Length (Overall)** 202 mm | 7.95 inch
    2 Slide Length 186 mm | 7.32 inch
    3 Width (Overall) 32 mm | 1.26 inch
    4 Slide Width 25,5 mm | 1.0 inch
    5 Height incl.Mag. 139 mm | 5.47 inch

    G21.4
    1 Length (Overall)** 205 mm | 8.07 inch
    2 Slide Length 193 mm | 7.60 inch
    3 Width (Overall) 34 mm | 1.34 inch
    4 Slide Width 28,5 mm | 1.12 inch

So as you can see, just slightly wider, not significantly wider.

You may also want to look at the Glock USA website RevV...

    Here's a comparison chart...Use filters like: .45ACP / Gen 3 / Gen 4...now you can check the G21 ( Full size ) ...G30 ( Compact )....and even the G36 ( Sub Compact ).
