A casserole I'm making for supper to use for the next 2 nights

Potato Casserole

32 oz Bag of Frozen Hash Brown – thawed
1 8oz Sour Cream
1 cup grated cheese (any kind)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 stick butter/ or margarine
2 cups corn flakes cereal

Mix all but the butter/or margarine and corn flakes, and place in 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cover with foil. Remove from oven. Mix 1 stick butter/margarine (melted) with 2 cups corn flakes. Top with cheese, put back in oven 10-15 minutes.


*My Notes*
I've made this with sharp cheddar and also swiss
I've used frozen O'brien potatoes before
I've used crushed crackers in place of the corn flakes and it works fine
