Still stopped my downward trend in weight... kinda plateaued now at 235 lbs.... but staying constant.
Laying on plenty extra muscle though..
So today was my run day...
At the on the end of it instead of gently coming in I saw a nice 200 yard straight and I just sprinted it out.
And I mean all out like I was a teenage hoodlum running from the cops..
I figured if not now, after 4 miles running when my muscles are totally warmed up, then when?
Was maybe first time in 2 yrs that I sprinted all out for 200 yards at the end of my run ( which I used to do all the time)
Concerns about injury and weight have held me back.
Felt good doing it again...
