I got some as a kid here when mom & dad owned it and have missed some but I think it's the first I've gotten since I bought it 5 years ago. I definitely need to check my gun setup or work on my shotgun shooting though.
I don't usually pick the shot out,I just spit it out when I bite one when I'm eating it.Isn't shot a pain in the butt to pick out of that rabbit?
The wild ones around us are so flea and tick infected they're gross.
Our son raises them though, and roasts them up pretty well.
I have enough trouble hitting a running rabbit with a 12 guage no way I could do it with a .22 or a bow especially since I don't own a bow ;DYuck, squirrel hunter. Why don't you use a 22 and go for a head shot, or use a bow.
I think they taste great. Wild ones are better than tame ones by the way. ;DWe raised our own ...
And they were tasty.

A .22 because they're usually sitting still,I won't shoot at 1 running with a .22 unless I already wounded it and I'm trying to finish it off and even then I try and wait for it to stop for a second.Squirrelhunter...what do you hunt squirrels with?
