Folks say don't add animal fats to compost, but we have added entire critters to compost. If we got a coon, fish, or opossum, we would bury it in the compost and water it in. Within a week or so, the only thing left is the skeleton. Plants always seemed happy with it.

I keep my flour in the freezer. I thought fresh milk got weird after being frozen.

When it thaws you have to shake it to mix the fat back in to it. K and the girls don't mind it. I don't drink a lot of milk right now.

Un homogonized milk when frozen and thawed will have tiny lumps in it from fat like Grimm mentioned. If you cannot get it to blend back in, just strain it for drinking purposes. The rest doesn't matter.

How about ice tea iced cubes with chopped basil made into the cubes?
I would do mint leaves.

Yep. That would be for oil and herb cooking cubes, when you need them.

I use to make and freeze bulletproof coffee cubes to make portioning easier. Now I drink my coffee with fiber powder, collagen and nutpods creamer.
