This is the recipe I used the last time. I would prefer to use canned, crushed tomatoes, as opposed to the plum tomatoes which have to be peeled. Can be eaten with rice and naan or other flat bread. Meerkat, I know you like to eat meatless sometimes, and this would work for that.
