You can self publish them....go to Self Publishing | Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (Kindle Direct Publishing) for instructions.

Spent an hour on the phone with KDP tech help. They can go to my book on Amazon and see that I sold books, because of the new verified reviews, but I would have to find the people that bought them and get the order numbers to get paid. So Kindle is a scam.

It is not a lot of money for me, but if they do this to enough authors it will be a lot of money.

Well, I finally gave up. They say I need the order numbers but cannot tell me anyway that I can get them.
