Powdered limestone is the major ingredient in carpet backing, guys on coater mixers and in compounding get covered in it daily. I don't remember anyone ever dropping dead or even getting sick when the delivery truck farted and a big, white cloud of the stuff would come blowing through the plant.
Then again, I have literally been dunked in this stuff:

I can't have a tattoo either, same thing, so when I run across stories like this, I have to wonder if something is getting covered up. 0_0
