Put the bucket on the tractor and filled in some pot holes in my drive with gravel. It was a hard winter with lots of rain. Noticed the neighbor has fallen a large oak tree behind his house. He left as I was filling the drive so when he gets back will check if he wants to get rid of the wood. I will pull my log spliter over and use it for camp fire wood. Looks like a lost more than a cord split. I also have a large oak down across my upper lane that fell over late last fall. Its off the ground so will get it also. I have some rail road ties in my large trailer so will have to get them off to haul the wood. Gonna be in the 60s today so good day to work outside.

Stated on the neighbors tree yesterday afternoon. Its a very large double trunk white oak. Got half of it chunked up and some split. Will resume today. 4 of us working and three chain saws and the splitter.

You're up early. Getting an early start?
