I have seen people grow pole beans on poles set up in a teepee shape. I have grown mine on a chain-link fence. That is probably the best success I have ever had with green beans.
That is a common knot that anyone should be able to tie.
The teepee is real fun for a child's garden, fun in the teepee shade picking beans.
The blue lake snap bean work well on the teepee,but Lazy housewife & jungle butterbeans(black/purple beans)
would shallow the teepee whole.

We planted yard long green beans from Thailand. Last year they were VERY productive. Still have 10 quarts in the pantry. Get tired of green beans every meal. Lol
