Suppliment to boost memory

Hey all, I will be starting a new job in the near future. Being over 55 naturally I don't feel like I am as sharp as I used to be. I remember somewhere mixed in a topic was some talk on stuff other members here have used. Also something to increase energy safely might help also. Even if it is not something for long term use any ideas or experience would be appreciated. Thanks

I've used Gingko Biloba in the past and it seemed to have worked well.
I stopped taking it so I don't remember anymore.

Coconut oil is great for memory and metabolism, also.
I agree that ginko biloba works well too.
