Look behind you in that dark corner.
Relax, it's a 2000 year old recipe, it has bacon in it! :D

You need:
1 cucumber
2 Leeks (Or green onions.)
two strips of uncured bacon per wrap.
1 Mexican flour tortilla (Unless you can make Egyptian flat bread, I can. its easy. pretty much a pancake recipe without eggs.)

The king Tut dressing.
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
mixed with large two table spoonful's of honey
1/4 tablespoon of poppy seeds
1 large pinch of sea salt.

Melt the honey in a double boiler or microwave, add the vinegar and poppy seeds, stir well and let chill.

Dice the cucumber and leeks into tiny chunks and spread in a line down the middle of your flat bread.
add the two strips of bacon.
Dribble on a spoonful of the king Tut dressing and roll up like a burrito.
it should make 4.

If you care, the flat bread recipe.
1 cup of flax seed flour.
1/2 cup of wheat flour. DO NOT USE SELF RISING!
1/4 cup of virgin olive oil
1/2 a teaspoon of salt (or less, I'm a salt freak! :p)
Slowly mix in boiling water until its like thick gravy and pour 1/4 cup unto a griddle set on low, wait until the surface is covered in bubbles and flip.
Note, they are not as flexible as tortillas, so if you use Egyptian style bread, fold it like a taco.
