This would be my choice, all those big money pits have too many demands and too much cleaning for us old people. Those are for young people with lots of kids.
My Aunt Gloria and her 7 kids well one was in VNam soon after they moved into what we called the " Red Oak Shack". Next door to shack was an old, his mule who use to kick him qite often,he was always fighting with that mule, mule always won, we thought he would kill him one day.
