When our 3 sons flew the coop. We sold big house in town. We remodeled our lake cabin and here we are. We have 950 sq feet. It is perfect. Easy to clean. We downsized earlier than some. We have had family members and friends ask why? We are happy here. Money isn’t an issue. We choose to live here. we are 15 miles from town and 45 miles from city. Love the peace and quiet.

I'm not sure I'd walk into that one without a hardhat and snakeproof boots.
