WOW.
That was surprisingly depressing if not accurate.
It took a full year to start shooting socialists? and a bit longer for the military to protect the constitution?

It was a good story and I liked the question posed at the end... end? Or beginning? :)
 
With all the contenders for the democratic ticket it will be hard to get all of them behind one person. I'm thinking that I may vote republican for the first time in quite a few years.
I still think Libertarians will save America but Trump has done well enough to back him...as long as he doesn't pass any more gun bills.
The two things that he did wrong were:
1. the stop and frisk/search rule in Illinois - what 4th amendment?
2. banning bump stocks - I can bump fire an AR15 with any stock and I can do it from my shoulder. What a worthless law!
 
Trump has signed every spending bill that came to his desk. And increased the national debt dramatically. This would still be OK with me if there was a big benefit for Americans in those spending bills, but there was not.
Trump has done good things and bad things. He is currently demanding an INCREASE in legal immigration.
 
It 's nothing to take lightly, it's a scenario that could have a lot of truths to it and probably the Deep State has done a lot of homework on how it could be worked out. Sadly the education system has brainwashed a whole new generation of young people, they're being taught that this country was formed by a bunch of old white Europeans that only cared for other white people and totally ignore that a lot of those founding fathers had knowledge or had lived under monarchies from where they came, they understood that most of the citizens of those countries were serfs, even other powerful leaders were only in place by the good graces of the king or queen. The monarchy owned everything, the forests and the animals that lived in them, the streams and all the fish and even the people, if you didn't do what the monarchy told you to do, you could end up in stocks, being stretched, lock in a tower, hung or had your head cut off. Basically, they lived in total socialism and our founding fathers wanted nothing to do with that, so, not understanding history could bring about a push toward socialism rather easily and this story may be closer to the truth than we want to admit. I certainly don't want this to happen, but!
 
This scenario could well take place, maybe as soon as our next election. One thing I think would happen differently would be the socialist would bring in UN troops instead of bringing our own back home.
I agree with Viking's point about the education system. It's been co opted since the late 50's early 60's. It took a long time to get bad, but is now so bad I think it would take 2 generations, maybe 3 to get it corrected.
 
It is depressing because the possibility exists. At the same time it can only happen if we, the People, allow it.
We are those who provide the government with the limited power they abuse. Only we can remove that power.

Help .... what does WWG1WGA stand for? I am sure as soon as you remind me I will remember but I am drawing a blank right now
