Tiny bubbles

Today, was the first time I have tried canning. All my jars pinged, and I’ll be removing the rings tomorrow. However, there are little bubbles in the food. I followed the directions in the Ball canning book. The bubbles do not move. The fruit is completely covered. I guess I should have mentioned I made the fruit salad. Are the bubbles something to worry about? Thanks!

To me it sounds like you just had some air pockets that didn't get out. I've had some in jellies before and They were just fine so I wouldn't worry to much.

The bubbles won’t hurt anything. I almost always have a few because it’s almost impossible to get them all out. I’ve been canning for very many years!

Bubbles aren't a problem unless they are moving. Look at them before use and of the aren't moving its fine. If they are then its an indication of spoilage.
