Strawberry and I have walked already this morning.
Got up this morning the humidity was already at 94%.
Stretching slow and easy for 15 minutes this morning.
Aerobics this morning for 15 minutes.
Using my body weight for right now on deep as I can go squats.
Left knee is getting limber.
Right knee is still tight.
Later will add weights.

@MoBookworm1957 I like thes guys and they helped me get my neck pain in check and @phideaux ,may help if knee bothers you.

Back/biceps/legs day:

1.4 mile walk

Dumbbell squats x3
Lawnmower pull rows x3
Barbell curls x3
Barbell hip thrusts x3
Incline dumbbell curls x3
Seated row machine x3
Abductors x2
Lat pulldowns x3
Leg press machine x3
EZ bar drag curls x3
Head-supported bent over rows x3 (this is an exercise I just learned about, if your low back is weak or has been injured, rest your head against something of appropriate height while doing bent over rows and it will take that weight off your lower back. I used an incline bench raised to the proper height.)

Edit to add: 2.25 mile walk in the evening

Chest/shoulders/triceps...

I've got some kind of muscle strain or knot just inside my right shoulder blade that interfered with my lifts today. I did 3 reps of military press and then shut it down for fear of making it worse...

Shrugs x4
Floor press x4
DB lateral delt raise x4
Farmer's carry x2 - then my ex messaged me that she was at my place to drop my kid off so I had to cut things short...

Took a couple days off for family stuff. Chest/shoulders/triceps day today:

Skullcrushers x3
Triceps pushdown x2

MoBook,whats your goal and are including balance exercise ?
My goal weight is 135 pounds.
Still need to lose last 39 pounds to hit goal weight.
Still need to tone up, build more muscle.
Size 8-10 top and bottom.
Which I have hit in some clothes just not all consistently.
Balance to be able to walk across the room without breaking a foot would be nice.
I am attempting ballet moves,yoga, Tai Chi for balance exercises.
Hope to eventually get good enough shape to resume kick boxing, martial arts competition,(for seniors), belly dancing.
