Still chasing 3 year old grand daughter x 4 days.
5 hour each day.
Yahoo! I finally hit 10 miles last week with walking.
Only took the whole 7 days.
But am pretty proud that I could do it with broken foot.
Resistance bands 15 minutes x 4 times a day.
30 minutes of stretches.
30 minutes of chair yoga times 3 days.

Glad to see you are still going at it, I'm doing more now too but not there yet.
 
Decided today would concentrate on strength training, my version anyhow.
Moved furniture in the living room.
Scooted, tugged on love seat.
Picked up full 2 drawer file cabinet.
Lifted it onto 4 wheel dolly to be moved.
Pulled, and tugged on dolly handle to move 2 drawer file cabinet.
Scooted, tugged several pieces of Oak end tables to get them moved into their new spots.
Moved the recliner.
Lifted the sewing cabinet to be moved to it's new spot.
Lifted Strawberry's chair, moved it to it's new spot.
All this moving of furniture to keep Strawberry and grand daughter from getting onto bay window.
I suspect I shall be stiff and sore tomorrow.
All that twisting,turning at the waist, lifting, tugging, pulling.
And still have 3 big pieces of furniture to move Wednesday evening or Thursday with my sons help.
 
Dealing with getting boxes out of a storage facility to save money. Imagine if this were food and ammo.
Yeah, anyway, so lifted stuff on Saturday, lifted stuff tonight.
Going to be moving other stuff around as part of my job, that will get my biceps and calves built back up.
 
So, I hired a trainer/strength coach. Hopefully she can teach me how to properly do some lifts I never learned when I was younger. We started with deadlifts this morning, 3 sets of stiff legged deadlifts, 3 sets of good mornings, and 2 of bent legged deadlifts. Also we're working the back of my shoulders because it's much weaker than the front. 3 sets of rear delt flyes, 3 sets of bent over rows, 3 sets of upright rows.

This afternoon, chest/shoulders/triceps regular workout:

Military press x4
Bench press 5x5
Shrugs x3
Skullcrushers x3
Triceps pushdown x2
Farmer's carry x3

Tomorrow we will be visiting my parents. I will take some weights along to do some pull lifts but since I did rows today it will be a short workout tomorrow...
 
My day didn't go as planned and I didn't get to the gym before I had to leave for Missouri. I brought the weights again, and just did a couple shoulder isolation exercises after I got to the hotel - lateral raises and front raises. But I was too pooped from the drive to do any more...
 
Have walked today 1.16 miles.
Lifted 5 pounds of ankle weights for 15 minutes x 4 times today.
Did squats trying to lose up that right knee.
Stretches for 15 minutes x 4 times today.
Did wall push ups while stretching my leg muscles.
Push ups were in sets of 7 x 3 times today.
Shoulder, arm lifts with 4 pounds of weights x 3 times today.
 
Still working out less due to my gf living with me...
But I also eat more salads and generally less.. so I am keeping the weight off that I recently lost.

Still down 15lbs from my late summer post corona weight.
 
Last night - chest/shoulders/triceps

Bench press 3x7
Military press 3x10
Shrugs 3x10 heavy, 2x15 light
Floor press 3x10 (dropsets)
DB flyes 3x10
Skullcrushers 3x8
Cable flyes 2x8
DB lateral delt raise 3x10
 
I've been getting lazy out on the road, I didn't work out from Monday until Thursday. I did bring the resistance bands with me so I got a little exercise last night...

Band rows x3
Band chest press x3
Band lateral delt raise x3
Band curls x2
Band shrugs x3
Band triceps extension x2
 
Back home again. Just did a short workout, as I'm dealing with some other physical stuff that kind of took the wind out of my sails...

Floor press x3
Bent over rows x3
Skullcrushers x3
Barbell curls x2

Hope to get a legs/core workout in tomorrow...
 
Good long workout at the gym tonight. Gotta get it in while I can, rumors are flying around that our governor is preparing to lock down again...

My friend is a soak in a hot bath, around 106F. :)
