My favorite venison recipe
...Sprinkle one package of Lipton Onion Dry Soup mix over top...
Add 1 can cream of Mushroom or you can use Cream of Chicken
salt and pepper as you like
Pour one can of Mountain Dew or Sprite over this.
Bake 225 degrees at least 5-6 hours. DO NOT PEEK. keep the lid
sealed...

Thank you GrannyG.

I've been lurking around this forum since Talk Firearms switched over and I recently used your recipe. It was super easy to prepare with things already in the kitchen cabinets and when I served it to my dinner guests, they ate it up (no left overs). Thanks again.

We make hamburger, chili, & soup with the ground venison, just replace beef in any recipe.
Most are steaks, cook in gravy or grilled on stove top, some time in crock pot like stew beef, with root crops, mushrooms & onions.

We eat 3 or 4 deer each year I used to cut roasts fry meat and make hamburger. In the last few years I’ve started cutting the meat differently and have found that venison makes some really elegant cuts and dishes.
