We bought an old book today.

We were at a thrift shop today and saw some old books presumably from an estate sale. This was $70 which seemed a little pricey but we thought it was worth the splurge and may prove useful. Printed over 100 years ago. It is 3 books in 1. Medical, cooking and animal care. I found some that are viewable online, but much harder to use.

There could be some valuable information in there of how people used to do things, that we take for granted today.

Great find....I have found an old high school chemistry text book printed on the 30s it has instructions on how to do many processes the old manual way and how to make some of your lab tools.
