Why is it everytime I watch this video and the silly cheating piece of work jumping around in the snow , I'm wishing their was rocks in those snow balls.
Still I can't help but laugh at him and love her voice in this song too.
This Linda Davis has a great voice too, and Reba has helped her make it.She may have been a tad bit dramatic about the situation though. LOL>
Bad day song.
I grew up in Georgia around the Chattahoochee too. Use dive off bridges into it and float on tubes..
It really is a BEAUTIFUL MORNING! Coolest one this fall.
This one I try to NEVER listen to this while I'm driving:
Or this one:
@Meerkat my dad sang this one a lot. The Lucille song. Good memories. Lol
Yep it is good memories too bad Lucile wasn't so good. She was almost as bad as Ruby' who took her love to town' too.
I like the fast cars or did.
Well, at our house it was all in fun. Dad listened to country music station on the drive home from work and would bring the singing in the door. He had a great sense of humor too so if we couldn't sing it right we'd mess it up all over the place.
Music can be so awesome. Or hideous.
Good thing Lucile and Ruby wasn't with this guy,
I learned to waltz to
Just an old country boy turned watchdog.
Hubbys daddy was a huge fan of Earnest Tubb.
I can just see him now waltzing across the room while singing those songs. He was a real character, and very talented singer and steel guitar player.
I didn't know this band was American Indian, neat.
Update on Redbone memebrs/
frickin' theme song at our house.
good mornin' good mornin' it's great to stay up late
I use to go to Cherokee to play Bingo at one of their casinos.
I like to listen to these songs sometimes and these Celtic singers too.
I just found this, but it's not new. I like the music.
Keet Redbone and Paul Revere and the raiders were both very good bands. I really enjoyed listening to them back in the day. Still do on You Tube. Thanks putting them up.
I wasn't a huge Pink Floyd fan in my younger days. But after watching some historical shows on Axess TV on the band and going back and listening to some of their past music closer I have came to apprecieate their music much more. This is one of their better albums. It is one of the highest ranked albums of all time.
Welcome to the dark side of the moon, @Bacpacker
I knew that was a long running top selling album, but had never took the time to listen to it fully. It is really good. I could listen to David Gilmore play guitar for days on end.
We had 4 guitars going at Thanksgiving, first time hubby and his brother played together in years. SIL and granddaughters hubby. All their fingers were sore from not playing for so long.
Hubby sang the one below and a couple more.
Reminds me of my MIL, this was one of her favs.
Being from Georgia I had some fun on the Chattahoochee,
I always loved this song ,
Liked this one too.
In case our friend @TMT visits, here are the lyrics.
