I'm a member of Weight Watcher's and am always looking for good recipes that are mostly fruit and veggies or high protein. i have a few that are so good, no one knows they are low calorie!

Cranberry Sauce
1 bag fresh cranberries
1 can crushed pineaple
1 small box sugar free jello, any red color
1\2 cup Splenda or Stevia
Mix all together and cook until berries pop. Chill until set.
 
I tried WW years back. I stalled after a few weeks ad started gaining weight back while still on the plan! Now I eat a ketogenic diet. I love it! My endocrinologist advised I make the switch. Who knew a low carb high healthy fat diet would come recommended by a doctor!
 
I don't think one type of diet works for everyone, if they did there wouldn't be so many kinds! I've done good on it and my doctor is happy with my blood work. Glad yours is working for you.
