Thank you, Grimm! My daughter had a diffuser and ran it at her house, but when I was there watching her dog, she couldn't run it. Scents give me headaches, migraines. I am going to ask her if she knows about scents for ADD. She may.

Here is another tutorial for a blanket with removable 'beanbags'. The idea the creator had was for the 'beanbags' to change weight and be adjustable as the child grows.

I wondered that as well. The millet ones say washing machine. The weight must be the same.

I have a hard time with the idea. I think I'd be way too warm. I typically sleep with shorts or pajama pants, and I get hot easily. Even if the room temp is mid to lower 60s, a heavy comforter is plenty. There's no denying that a heavy comforter is relaxing though...
