Wife made oven baked Pork Chops with Stuffing.

Tonight I grilled some kielbasa and sauteed a pan of onions. Had'm over thin toast with a little mustard, yummy!

Last night we had chicken tortilla casserole, it was one of our home made frozen dinners....
Big salad, grilled pork steak sandwich, ice cream cone.

Had family supper at my cousin's house, so it's always a hodge podge. She made a pasta chicken thing and had sliced tomatoes. I brought shrimp pasta and birthday cupcakes for little granddaughter. Other items there: smoked beef roast, green beans, sugar cookies, ice cream, and chocolate chip cookie bars.
Something for everyone!
I grilled up some more sausage and sauteed another pan of onions... potato salad with cake for dessert.

Last night we had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh green beans with ham, and SIN pie to top it off... It was a birthday meal.

I have a beef stew in the crock pot. Sounds like a nice winter meal, but the house smells great and I'm not heating up the kitchen on a hot summer day!

gonna broil some salmon with our special sauce, jasmine rice with seasonings, some raw greenery and mushrooms. Might even have dessert this time.
Burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Corn on the cob and cheese mac.
