Hubby has to take the snow plow into the mechanic's shop in town to see if the plow truck is working right. Its been in the shop all winter being worked on. Poor thing was a sick puppy. Glad we had a mild winter this year

I'm starting a pot of pinto beans with morning with two ham bones I set back, onion, garlic, jalapenos, cilantro black pepper and LONE STAR BEER. They'll go with some Ribeyes, fried taters and salad.

Tonight we are having keto baked ziti. Grilled Italian sausages sliced and mixed with sauteed mushrooms, zucchini, & onions then covered in a homemade chunky marinara with 3 cheese blend on top.

Leftover chili on top of leftover spaghetti squash, with shredded cheese on top, and a couple dashes of hot sauce.

A jar of veggie beef soup that failed to seal in the canner and yet another egg salad sandwich. The ducks are laying. Eighteen ducks means eggs six ways to Sunday so eggs are gonna be on the menu for quite awhile.

I had a few eggs that had been in the fridge about a month so... I made a batch of egg salad this morning. Tonight was an egg salad sandwich and a green salad.
