13 pints of potatoes from 4 plants. I still have more to dig. I also did a dozen little 4oz jars of hot sauce.
I love my stockroom but will admit it is jammed packed right now I have 2 additional rolling carts in there to catch the overflow. Those can honestly be a pain in the rear to move around. Next I will start hiding things under the spare bed.I'm jealous!
If anyone has the “Food Saver” brand vacuum sealing attachment hose and would be willing to part with it, I would buy it. Mine bit the dust and can’t seem to find replacements. It’s gray at one end and green at the other and came with the Food Saver seal a meal. Thanks all!
I have a question @Dani or any one else who might know!
I am PCing sweet potatoes and regular potatoes. Normally, I would do the sweets for 90 minutes- quarts, but when I steamed them to remove skins, I cooked them through. Whoops. Can I PC for the time for the regular potatoes since the sweets are completely cooked, skinned and cut up? makes sense to me, but would like other's thoughts.

I've never heard of that before. We did Pear butter one year when we had access to a bunch of pears. Been so long I don't even recall what we did for that.
