I would like to see some pics of wild turkeys you shot or happened to get pics of in the wild.
 
In Tennessee you can hunt turkey with a crossbow. Can't wait!!
 
A friend in Ohio that hunts them says their legs are usually not good eating because they are very tough and stringy. He said probably because they run and walk more than fly. LOL The only ones I had didn't do much flying or running in the frozen food section.
