I was thinking around that model Ford. I thought Ford used philco radios.
Maybe not
They did. Ford put Philco radios in every car that had a radio...
So many, that they even bought the company :
On December 11, 1961, Ford Motor Company purchased Philco and continued to offer consumer products, computer systems and defense related projects. The company, which had supplied Ford with some of its car radios as early as the 1930s, continued to provide Ford with car and truck radio receivers; consumer product investments were also made to color television production. ... The company branded Philco products as "Philco-Ford" in 1966, and console stereo systems reached their zenith during 1966 and 1967, with high quality cabinet construction and powerful stereo chassis systems of 100- and 300-watt consoles.

Some Pontiacs had a real quirky air leveling system, I remember a guy getting his 58' Pontiac stuck on a log that was along side of a neighbors driveway, he tried to jack the stuck portion off the log but the leveling system kept him stuck to the log. On the other hand I always liked Pontiac engines, they had forged steel cranks and were great for building powerful engines to install in lighter cars, yeah Pontiacs were barges, except for the GTO model.
