12 volt air compressor

Looking for recommendations on a 12 volt air compressor for tire inflating. Something stouter than the cheapie tire inflators .

Any thoughts?

I was looking for one to carry in my motorhome.
Look at a brand called Viair. Not the cheapest but they are well built.

I have the Viair 88P compressor. Currently $66 at Amazon. Works fantastic. Extremely fast. You do have to hook it up directly to your battery with the supplied clamps - the cigarette lighter plugs in your car don't supply enough current. But for that minor hassle of having to open your hood to attach it to power, it rewards you by inflating your tires really fast!

Go bigger. It will be worth the added price in my opinion. Far greater volume.

I came across a viar made for RV use. Its a little pricey at 350 dollars. Not opposed to paying that but would like to know the durability and performance.
