Most places won't ship to new york . Checked a lot of places on line and most are out of stock
Do you have any family out of state you could have it sent to, then get it indirectly?

A friend of mine died 7 yrs. ago and left me a Remington 788 / 22-250 , just dragged it out and cleaned it up and wanted to sight it in.
