I'm going to try this with buttermilk. its almost a fritter recipe!

I can see putting pastrami and cheese between two of them and making a grilled cheese sandwich! This is the second time this morning I posted about grilled cheese sandwiches.... Guess I better have one for breakfast!!

I like a combo of swiss and cheddar in mine on a coarse type bread. What's your preference?
