Since I retired, I can say absolutely not.
I never realized how much my 'chronic high blood-pressure' was caused by others.....until I unplugged 'em.

My wife will tell you that I was born with a special gift of selective apathy, but of course I still have stress. Fortunately the stress I have in my life is usually quickly alleviated by taking a deep breath, meditating on a few of my bullet verses, and reminding myself that God is bigger than any of my little problems.
