Bacon dip

Here is what you do
1 pound bacon, fried crispy, crumbled and set aside
In the grease, sauté a bundle of shallots diced fine. Set aside
1-pk. Cream cheese, 1- stick butter
Mix in a mixing bowl
Add small container sour cream
Shallots, 2- pk Lipton soup, 2- cup your choice shredded cheese
Add bacon
Chill over night

Of course I used a good saucer. The plate I use is the top to a butter container or the cats dish.

The dip IS. A little stiff after chilling
A friend of mine said he added about a 1/4 cup mayo to soften it up a little

FYI. Peanut butter and this as a sammich is pretty kick ass

Make them as stuffed tater shells and watch the fights start!
