Yeah, I've been experimenting again.

1 package of El-cheapo baloney per two people.
Using a large butcher knife, chop it into strips, chunks can get messy.
place it into a foil pouch and slather it in your favorite BBQ sauce and bake or grill it for 15-20 minutes on the George Foreman.
Serve on toasted garlic bread with a side of slaw and baked beans.

A couple times I have baked a 2 kilo baloney log in the smoker.. Cut small X marks the length of the log on 4 sides.. Put in a tinfoil boat on a cookie sheet in the smoker.. Smother with your favorite sauce.. I used the cheap, on sale, hickory flavor sauce.. (Kraft brand ?) Smoke to about 170 degrees internal.. It took about 3+ hours or so.. I turned it once about half way through..
