The question is Why? But if done right I think it is pretty cool. It definitely needs body work and a good paint job. Hopefully it has plenty of horsepower under the hood and not an choked out 350 full of emission restrictions.

A friend (he had a better-paying job than I did) had a new SS 396,. Small car, kinda plain, exhaust not loud, lots of power under the hood.

I think the big block 396 was Mopars big blocks biggest street competitor.
