My husband loves this stuff! However, I’m wondering if it can be canned? I would like to put up quite a few pints, so I don’t have to make it every other week. The guys at his work want me to start selling this to them. I want to ensure safety for everyone who eats it. Thanks for any info. Y’all rock!

Never tried it myself, but there are lots of recipes for canning candied Jalapenos.

I've canned them many times and canned the leftover juice that I had too.

I actually canned some of these today. If you post your recipe we could probably be able to tell if it would be safe. There are many recipes for Cowboy Candy that has been canned, just not approved by the canning Nazi's which I understand. They have very o.k.iter funds so it is just not possible to test everything out there.
