Look behind you in that dark corner.
Pain is one hell of a motivator, it puts your brain into high gear to make it stop! I have discovered a few tricks lately:
A bag of green tea seeped in hot water helps, just place it over the tooth.
Salt in hot water is a miracle worker. rinse until it's cold and spit.
Absinthe works almost as good as Orajel it numbs everything for a few minutes.
1000 Mg of L-Lysene reduces swelling.
A bit of bee's wax in the hole before you eat is a godsend!
Regular Listerine helps a few minutes, even the $store knock-off junk.
Holding a cold can of whatever over it helps loads!
A ground-up aspirin poured directly into the cavity helps for about an hour. you can make a thick paste too if you can make yourself not swallow it.

Any others?

They say swishing good oils every morning helps with keeping your mouth clean.
a slice of garlic held up against an infected tooth helps pull the infection out. but only let it there for short periods.
I wonder if I made an infusion out of it or made garlic oil it would work?
I have the spicy garlic and pepper oil I made but there is no way I'm holding that in my mouth, and I used to win bets with Mexicans doing shots of hot sauce!

Buck up cowboy, its not that bad 😂 just take a slice and put it against the bad tooth. 5 mins or 10.
