This little camper I picked up for my daughter has a forced air furnace, a water heater, stove, and this thing called a Hydroflame heater?

Anyone know the story on these things?
Is it actually a heater for indoor heat?
If so why would they have that and a forced air furnace?
I'm slightly confused. Never seen anything like it.

Thanks.

Joe

Thanks Backlash.
I'm actually looking for some first hand experience with these, like are they even worth using, do they do a good job, is it more or less efficient than the forced air furnace, things like that.

The radiant hydroflame heater are stand alone, they need propane only, not electricity to drain your batteries or a grid embelical cord. Some of the forced air units are labeled hydroflame too.
I much prefer radiant heater, except for the size difference. a radiant heater tends to have a much larger "wall Print" in that it uses surface area to radiate heat, as opposed to heating air and circulating it.
If the Camper is going to be used for wilderness camping the radiant heater is far better, it has very few parts to cause trouble.
