Is this a video you put together, @Rosa C ?
I guess Im showing my age but when I was a kid you could buy something at the pharmacy called Nervine. I haven't thought of that in years.
I took a class a few years ago and took some notes. This is what I have written from that class....
Mothers Wort - good for anxiety and very safe. It's in the mint family. It's good if you're worrying about things that might happen. Good for calming if public speaking and it's good for the heart muscle. Use a dropper full. It's like a mothers hug.
Perhaps Peanut or someone familiar with it can chime in??
Very interesting. How much do you take? Where did you get the seeds to grow it? Is it easy to grow? Does it come up every year? I don't even know if it grows naturally in my area. I need to check into that herbalist again and see if she is offering another class.I Grew it and use it as a tincture as needed for women's cramping, anxiety, pain or sleep issues.
It works really, really well.
Even though it's in the mint family it's very bitter so I tend to chase it with a spoonful of honey or jam.
There is no high and when taken for anxiety the angst just disappears.
I don't take antidepressants anymore because I take Motherwort as needed.
Motherwort is a Nervine.

Hi, you are new here, welcome!!
ya think so? As a former tequila user/worm eater, I can say that combined with other naturally occurring anti-anxiety chemicals found in some plants/fungi/cacti family there are others as well. YMMVTequila has been known to fight anxiety in a natural plant-based way… just sayin.
I don't use it but it is all-natural and it helps you relax.
Legal in Washington.
