Getting ready to start next to last Gram's Thread Project.
As this will use up quite a bit of my stash.
I think I am ready at last.
Will post picture of center block.
When done will post picture of finished quilt.
Just this quilt and mine are the last of Gram's Thread Projects.
Started out with 9 grandchildren,18 great grandchildren, 24 great great grandchildren.
Been working on these since my Gram(grandma) passed.
She and my Granny(her mother) taught me to quilt as a child.
Her threads are used in some of the blocks in some form or another.
Here is a sample of some of her threads used in birth announcement of great great grandchild.
When refind center of dragon quilt I will post.

The dragon has 6545 pieces of fabric folded into scales to make it 3 D quilt.
Thank goodness the dragon is sitting in bathtub and only have to work on top half of dragon.
Part of the walls are fabric with Gram's thread as drippy moss and slime.
:LOL:Gram's house sounds like a freaky place. Love the work you do

I thought you were Gram. I love that you have that still. I wish I could have gotten my granny's treadle sewing machine. (I don't think she ever used it but it made for nice decor).
Thank you.
Yes, I am a Granny to a beautiful little girl named Estelle.
Gram was my grandmother.
And I have her Singer Treadle Sewing machine.
And periodically I still use it.
But you're right it does make beautiful decor.
