I used to wish anyone and everyone a happy birthday, whoever was a member of the forum. But I began to notice that I was greeting people I had never heard of, people who had never posted, one post wonders who only posted one thing and never came back again. I decided I was only going to post to people who were active and fairly regular participants. Maybe that is wrong, but maybe not.
