A great book by Stephen Harrod Buhner. Few people understand the science behind natural healing like this man. I have 4 of his books. I don’t know him personally but I do know that his grandfather and then his father were both Surgeon Generals for the state of Kentucky.

I personally know of 2 people this book has helped.

Thanks for posting - I really appreciate a natural option. The other month I got a nasty tick bite and looked into the various tick-borne illnesses, just to be on top of symptoms. Fortunately, it was nothing more than a nasty tick bite. But when you're outside all the time, it's good to be prepared for the possibility of Lyme.
