Right now I am bottle feeding a goat. My recipe is whole milk, 1 cup buttermilk and 1 can of Evaporated milk. Little Rocky thrives off this recipe and have been using it for years now. I buy cultered buttermilk and pour 1 cup into a quart sized jar and then add in store bought whole cow milk until it is 3/4 full. Shake up and then leave it over night on the counter. Shake again and put in the fridge. You got more buttermilk to use for whatever you need. Be it formula for babies, biscuits, pies, etc.
