if you notice in 3rd video you see long term survival in action throughout the landscape. notice far off in distance the trees have a sort of spacing to them. also notice they all are under pollarding or whatever exact correct term would be. its a type of coppicing done to just the top. many of those trees look like oaks and in other vids of nomadic iranian i see apricots,apple and other fruit and nut trees under their care. it take a large amount of acreage in this type environment to 'make a living' of subsistence life.

Its amazing how great the soil looks under all that rock! Will have to watch the other videos later. 😊
i was surprised by the amount of moisture in the soil.
