Look behind you in that dark corner.
I probably posted this before, maybe somewhere else?

Superbowl/NASCAR/WWF Kabobs.
Tools:
Bamboo skewers.
Scissors.
A propane torch.
A small, round cookie cutter 1 1/2" MAX!
a blender.

Materials:
Dill relish.
1 package of cracker sized bologna.
1 summer sausage.
1 pack of ham.
1 pack of turkey.
1 pack of pre cooked bacon cut into 1 1/2" lengths
1 pack of American cheese.
1 pack of Swiss or provolone cheese.

Get busy with the cookie cutter and cut as many rounds out of the pre sliced stuff as you can and drop the leftovers in the blender with 1/4 cup of dill relish.
Cut the summer sausage and bologna into slices 1/8" thick
start lining up the chunks of meat and cheese on the skewers until you have a roll about 3" long and blast them with the torch lightly.

Serve with a variety of mustards, horseradish and hot sauce.

Turning to the blender, add the remains of the pre sliced ingrediants, leftover bacon and 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of real mayonnaise and a tomato cut into chunks and if you're feeling sexy, 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce.
