I haven't grown it in several years, but it was always easy to grow. I never did anything special for it. It's a quick sprouted and grower. I always put it in salads and have even chopped it up really fine and mixed it with mayo for sandwiches. Has a little different taste, but mild!

I never heard of it till the seeds came in the mail: Mizuna, Beni Houshi

I love the freebies from Baker Creek. This year I got wasabi. I haven't planted it yet, I read I'd need a container with sandy soil and it take a couple years to mature.

Please do let us know how this works out, I'd love to try it. I'd probably put it in salads myself.

It is listed in my Asian Vegetable catalog, I will have to try it need year.
If I do not like it , DW can put in her shakes.

Baker creek sent me a free packet of seeds, Mizuna. It's sprouted really well, and I'll plant it, but I got nothin on how to use it. Any help from the better informed?
I just eat it in salad - a type of lettuce, of sorts.
ETA - saw your second post. That's different than what I had or mine was stunted. Maybe just pretend I didn't speak 😂
