i found a bottle of moringa caps i bought some time back to try but appartenly forgot about. i started taking 2 caps twice a day. a 2 cap dose is 1000mg. it has been a Huge help is reducing arthritis pain and even my chronic lower back pain that i got to a chiro once a month to fix. i can still tell i need an adjustment but dang, the great majaoprity of pain is totally gone. except in the morning getting out of bed, thats still pretty iffy, lol. maybe ill tray taking some in the middle of the night.

i just bought a bottle of moringa that was cheaper per dose off amazxon then got some powder too to keep on hand.

this stuff is 100% worth having especially as tings start to fall apart and we really need to start taking care of ourselves.
im impressed how much this has helped.

Moringa Oleifera will not grow here
I wanted to plant it, can buy seeds, but frost kills it.
It is said to be better than any wild North American plant to date.

Our son in Albuquerque is growing one. He calls once a week and gives me updates. He is a plant specialist, and grows it in his trailer in the winter. The trailer has a skylight. Used to be our trailer, but we left it for him when we moved, since he was living in it anyway. So he has gutted it, half for living quarters, half for tricky plants. He had white spider last week, so he released 600 lady bugs in there. They sleep at night on the moist blades of his wheat grass flats.

Thanks, hadn't heard of this before. Shame, got several plants I wish I could grow here. Even grew turmeric for a couple years then one cold winter wiped me out.

I've wanted a green house for ages. Where I could grow lots of plants year round.

well, im going to try growing some indoors, i have a nice sunny room that hopefully will like. the dried leaf powder has made a real difference in reducing chronic lower back pain. the msm-glucosimine-chrondriotin tablets were a good help but adding this poweder made a huge improvement.

You could probably do a lot with a green house. I think moringa would be a great house plant.
