Hello folks. Just thought I'd show you all another one of our projects. A remote log cabin at the foothills of Mt Denali. 16x24 with 10 foot walls. 12/12 roof pitch so lots of headroom on top floor.
Fly out in the summer to an uninhabited lake. Walk 2 miles north. Winter is snogo time.
We get our water from a little pond out front. Although I have a well started. So goal is potable running water at the kitchen sink. Spending a couple months out here feels great. And the moose, wolf, bear hunting is great. Salmon stream a half mile away.

God’s country! I imagine your snow is up to your ears (or more) this time of year! Same here. Wish we were close enough to go riding, but I am a good bit east of you with the Talkeetna mountain range between us!
