My mom used to make tomato pepper soup. I don't remember her canning it though. She would grate some mozzarella cheese on top before eating it! I need to dig through her recipes and see if I can find it!!
Ok this is what Im going to do. Roast the red peppers tomatoes garlic onions. Put them in a pot and cook them down. When they are soft I use an immersion blender. Put some chicken stock in to thin and can.
So @catsraven they are calling this ketchup but it’s sounding similar to what you are saying also. I love these folks. They don’t do things by halves. That’s for sure.
