I make a lot of Squish with my younger grandchildren.
I was asked several times "What the heck is Squish"
So here is my recipe for "Squish"
1 dozen of hard boiled eggs( trust me some will be mangled beyond belief.)
Remove the yolks place in separate bowl
Let small grand daughter break up egg yolks with her hands.
Cut open one ripe Avocado, place it bowl with yolks, add mayo, let her loose.
She will have "Squish" everywhere.
In her hair, floor, table if you should happen to have any left in the bowl refill egg whites sprinkle with paprika, or chili powder mince bacon on top, put in refrig.
Hope you enjoy the recipe.
But better yet I hope you and your grandchild had fun.
They will remember that Granny and them "cook together".
Squish is going in to grand children's homemade cookbooks.
Granny's favorite recipes.

FANTASTIC..... When my kids were middle school I taught them to cook enough to sustain themselves.. For instance.. "Road Kill Stew" boiled hamburger, frozen vegies, canned diced potatoes, broken spaghetti, spices.. When they finely went off to college there ...living skills... made a big difference.. They were shocked at the people with no skills that couldn't cope..
